- 15 mg: ~6:00 am
- 1 pill with lunch
- 1 packet in 4 oz water with dinner
- Woke up so early. And surprisingly chipper.
- Starting individualized candida diet today as proscribed by nutritionist. No sugar, no dairy, 1 cup of fruit & 1-2 cups grains daily.
- Had 4 Rainier cherries for snack after lunch, after probiotics. Terrible stomach cramps, ending in BMs. No diarrhea, but the last one was soft. My energy was very drained after that, and all evening I've felt sluggish and tired, with a little bit of a headache. Did eat a normal dinner, seems to have gone ok. Update: it could have been the lettuce from lunch?
