Had my 3-month blood work done. My B12 levels are excellent. My vitamin D level went down, so we have to fix that. TSH thyroid test went from 3.51 to 3.19, so I & doctor are happy about that.

The next check-up is in 6 months. Here is what I am doing now:
  • Thyroid pill in the morning
  • L-Tyrosine 1/2 hour later & 1/2 hour before breakfast
  • Vitamin D3 gummy after breakfast
  • L-Tyrosine 90 mins after breakfast (or 1/2 before lunch)
  • Multivitamins with lunch
  • Vitamin D3 gummy after lunch
  • ~20 mins in the sunny for natural vitamin D on sunny days
  • Multivitamins with dinner
  • Vitamin D3 gummy after dinner? (depends on amount sun gotten)
Here is what I need to add to what I am doing in the next 6 months:
  • Calcium pill with lunch
  • Foot soak with epsom salts every evening (for magnesium)
  • 20-30 grams protein per meal
  • 4 cups (servings) low carb veggies per day (smoothies ok!)
  • 64 oz water per day
  • 4 oz citrus juice per day (for vitamin C)
  • 3 servings high carb veggies / whole grains per day
  • 2-4 servings fruit per day
  • 1/3 cup nuts or seeds 3 times a week
  • 3 tbs butter / olive oil per day
  • eating at least 2100 calories per day
  • look into glutamine supplements if still sugar cravings after diet adjustments.
